Psychological Profiling
Our psychological profiles offer a comprehensive understanding of individual persons through a psychological assessment of biographic, demographic, and psychological factors as well as other relevant information. Our ability to generate profiles using a psychological framework produces information that goes beyond the conventional data points of other traditional profiles. With these profiles, you can know more about a person than would otherwise be possible with less dynamic profiles. The profile product can be useful in government, public, private, academic, and corporate settings by providing more insight into the profile subject that would normally be unavailable.
Psychological Operations
Our psychological operations are based on psychological methods and involve the use of information to influence thoughts, emotions, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors. These methods may include but are not limited to objective reasoning, argument, persuasive writing, and other forms of influence and persuasion. These psychological operations are conducted in a way that is most conducive to the desired outcome. Like our psychological profiles, our psychological operations can be useful in government, public, private, academic, and corporate settings.
Analytical Interviewing
Our analytical interviews are comprehensive and based on a psychological information-gathering model that can produce facts and intelligence pertaining to various matters of importance. Our psychological approach yields more accurate and actionable information than conventional self-report and closed-question interviewing models provide. Our interviews aren’t dependent solely on the interviewee’s honesty; they’re based on a more comprehensive clinical assessment which includes subjective and objective factors. With these interviews, you can get more of what you need to know instead of only getting what the interviewee wants you to know.
Property Protection Services
Private property is synonymous with personal protection because when someone trespasses on, steals from, or damages private property, they are attacking the owner of that property personally. We help enhance our clients' personal protection by improving the security of their private property and we do it at an affordable rate to the client. Law enforcement is too undermanned and overworked to respond to every trespass, theft, or damage to property incident and litigation is too costly and time-consuming to justify suing civilly without a strong case. We are a logical alternative to these conventional options. We will set up surveillance on a property to obtain intelligence on potential or actual trespassing, theft, and damage to the property. We use electronic surveillance via cameras to collect evidence of activities by offenders and we draft credible reports that describe these activities in a way that law enforcement and courts can understand and use. We know what it takes to make a stronger case concerning these crimes, and we draft our reports accordingly.
Stalker Countermeasures
Stalking is typically defined as a person purposely engaging in two or more unwanted acts that serve no legitimate purpose and that cause alarm to another person. These acts include but are not limited to acts in which the stalker directly, indirectly, or through a third party follows, monitors, observes, surveils, threatens, or communicates to a person by any action, method, or device and such actions are unconsented and harassing and cause that person to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened, harassed, or emotionally distressed. We provide actionable reports on the stalking with facts and evidence that can be used to get an order of protection from the courts or to file a criminal complaint with law enforcement. We understand the burden of proofs necessary for this and we draft our reports with this in mind to increase the likelihood of a successful outcome with these processes. We also provide a psychological profile of the stalker to inform client decisions on safety strategies. Our reports on stalkers are helpful in getting results for our clients by persuading courts and law enforcement and in offering effective ways of navigating the complexities of the frightening experience of being stalked. Threat Mitigation Consulting
Our threat mitigation consulting is a proactive, prevention-focused approach that helps our clients develop the ability to identify threats, assess risk, and effectively manage that risk before an incident occurs. Unlike our Personal Threat Assessments which we conduct in response to an actual or perceived threat, threat mitigation consulting focuses primarily on preventing risks from happening in the first place although it may also include suggestions on dealing with threats when they occur. With this consulting service, we help the client become a harder target thereby reducing the likelihood of harm from being a softer target. We believe that empowering the client through helping them learn how to think about and respond to threats is more effective than creating an unsustainable dependency on others to do the thinking and responding for them.
Organizational Threat Risk Assessments
Our organizational threat risk assessments can help enhance the security of an organization through a risk assessment of threat mitigation protocols and policies related to that organization. We assess current organization threat mitigation practices and provide an evaluation that identifies risks and vulnerabilities to security and we suggest steps that can be taken to remedy any deficiencies. Our psychology-informed assessments allow us to think like potential threats in relation to your organization’s purpose, structure, dynamic, operations, and vulnerabilities. With these assessments, you can potentially reduce your organization’s liability and improve its public image. Pricing for $ervices
The cost of each job that PROBA conducts on behalf of the client depends on specific needs of the client, estimates of the work required for job conclusion, and estimates of expenses that may be involved. Consequently, we are unable to provide accurate and fair pricing for a job before we have spoken to the client and worked out the details of that job. Thus, we do not offer specific pricing until we consult with the client regarding their request for services.
Payment models may include flat rate fee, hourly basis, contingency fee, subscription fee, or other kinds of compensation. We actively try to work with the client based on their financial situation and circumstances.

Our Affidavits are credible and actionable reports that contain evidence to prove facts! Evidence is the core of persuasion. People respond more favorably to real examples, actual details, and convincing stories than they do to speculative abstractions and unfounded theoretical arguments. More important, a fact is irrelevant without the evidence to prove that fact. Evidence can persuade and convince by either substantiating alleged facts or disproving them. We produce Affidavits that are actionable and meaningful, and individualized to the client’s purpose. Our Affidavits contain a comprehensive fact-pattern organized in a legally familiar format for easy readability and persuasive appeal. Our Affidavits may include transcribed testimony by witnesses, descriptions of real evidence, reference to documentary evidence, or demonstrative evidence. Depending on the needs of the client, our Affidavits may also include psychological analyses that can support psychological profiles. Because of qualifications and experience of the person conducting these analyses, the psychological profile may be considered expert testimony under the rules of evidence giving this profile more credibility and effect in administrative or legal proceedings. Well organized evidence can support sound decision making thereby increasing confidence in and reliability of those decisions. Poorly presented evidence produces poor results. Our Affidavits present the evidence in a clear, credible, and convincing manner for greater impact and better results.
